As the scope changed, we were given different options and explanations. In the end, we had eggactly what was quoted, at the price agreed. Evan waited at our home during the 4-hour window the city inspector provided and only billed us once the city report was completed. Actually had to change 4 outlets. Evan happily fixed it for us. Their pricing is very good. Highly recommend!
